London
On Tuesday we board American Airlines in Savannah, GA and after transitioning through Charlotte land in London, England the next morning. Nice job American! We are met by the Huffman Travel representative, whisked through customs and into the waiting limo for the drive to The Browns Hotel. The Browns turns out to be a brilliant choice, and we are soon in our rooms resting, the start of a perfect hotel experience while in London. We have a relaxed day, do a little site seeing since we are right in the middle of the upscale shopping district and enjoy great food at our hotel, then a good nights sleep and tomorrow the touring begins.
Thursday after an outstanding breakfast we meet Laura Adams our guide while in London, who turns out to be terrific. We start out with a walking tour of the high end shopping, tour through exclusive neighborhoods, visit by Buckingham Palace area, Big Ben, a private art collection, and ride on the London Eye. A great introduction to the highlights of London:

The evening includes a unique dinner at “Burger and Lobster”, then the performance of MJ The Musical, which is the Mikael Jackson story, then a petty cab ride back to the hotel. Good first day of touring.
Friday is another day of touring led by Laura. The highlights of today includes the Tower of London, the site of very interesting historical moments in British history, then cruising on The Thames to Greenwich, to tour what was the Royal Naval College and is now the University of Greenwich. We also see the Tea Clipper the Cutty Sark and what was once a Royal residence.

Its a delightful Saturday for relaxed touring and we return to the hotel, then experience another excellent London restaurant and look forward to tomorrows trip back in history.
