To get in the Christmas spirit we drove to Charleston, SC, with our dear friend Marilyn Faulkner for a quick get away. We stayed at the Charleston Place which was decorated beautifully for the Holidays, did some Christmas shopping, enjoyed dining at two great restaurants and fresh oysters at our favorite oyster house. We toured the city by horse drawn carriage, to see the decorations and learn more about the cities rich history. We came away fired up for Christmas, which was our objective.
